(I Corintios 13,1-3).

This days, one of the news on the media was the show of an ateist advertisment on a couple of buses in Barcelona. I have read that there will be some others in more Spanish towns. The initiative comes from the Unión de Ateos y Librepensadores de Cataluña (an ateist asociation). It seems that they have collected funds for this project and I'm happy because I think that while that money is spent in saying that God doesn't exist, they are not spending it in campaigns pro-abortion, to what those freethinkers are very inclined. In spite of that, it's very likely that they have enough money for both. In addition: maybe they try to convince first that there is no God to go further to destroy the human life, once it has lost -in the mind of people- of its trascendent dimension. That really scares me: that they may want to destroy the human life (be it trascendent or not).
Apart of that, to say that there is or there isn't God, is not relevant to me, because most of the believers in all the religions drive their lifes as if there isn't, except in the most external side of their faith: many express their beliefs with prays or attending compulsory rites, but their life is, afterwards, empty like "clanging cymbal" (Saint Paul). And now I'm speaking about christians and muslims, that are the religions closer to me, but I would bet that it happens in all the religions: hypocrisy.
If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.
1 Corinthians 13:1-3
